Troy Beane is a combat-proven leader turned entrepreneur with over two decades of military service across the U.S. Air Force, Army Infantry, and Pennsylvania National Guard, retiring as a Major.

He led global infrastructure and combat-ready teams at home and abroad in Germany, Hawaii, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq—executing mission-critical operations where accountability, performance and success were non-negotiable.

In 2022, Troy founded Veteran Executive Leadership (VXL) — a platform built to help veterans build generational wealth through business ownership, leadership development, and skilled-trade excellence.

Today, under his leadership, companies like Schaefer Mechanical Services operate with disciplined execution, operational rigor, and an enthusiastic mission-driven culture.

Sean started his career with Schaefer Mechanical in 2001 as a job Foreman, soon becoming a Project Manager. In 2005 he was promoted from Project Manager to Vice President of Construction. He was promoted to his current position in 2018.

He is responsible for oversight of estimating and field procedures, company job budget vs. actual performance, employee training, contact with current clients and development of new clients.

He holds a State of Maryland Master Plumber-Gasfitters License, is a certified Backflow technician, and has completed the PHC Essentials in Project Management Course.

A seasoned construction executive with over a decade of progressive leadership at Schaefer Mechanical Services. Dave brings a balance of field experience, operational oversight, and strategic leadership to every project.

He oversees day-to-day operations of active job sites, collaborates with the Estimating Team to review and refine bids, and manages full-cycle project execution including contract reviews, procurement, permitting, and scheduling.

Mr. Goldhammer holds a State of Maryland Journeyman Plumber-Gasfitter License, is OSHA 30 & OSHA 10 Certified, a certified Backflow technician, and has completed the PHC Essentials in Project Management Course.

Ian is an experienced journeyman plumber and our Lead Estimator, bringing hands-on field knowledge to every bid and proposal.

Mr. Martin holds a State of Maryland Journeyman Plumbers-Gasfitters License, is a certified Backflow technician, and has completed the PHC Essentials in Project Management Course.

Vigo is an experienced plumbing Mechanic turned Estimator, combining deep field expertise with precision estimating to deliver accurate and competitive bids.

Clewell is a highly experienced Master Plumber and Project Manager, bringing decades of hands-on expertise and leadership to every project he manages.

Dave joined the Schaefer team in March of 2025 as the Shop Manager. He has worked in the Residential/Commercial Construction field since 1992 and has done everything from framing, to HVAC, to Plumbing, and equipment operations.
